Strike Suit Zero, Dishonored and more available free on Xbox Live Gold in August

Xbox Live Gold subscribers will get four free games in August, including Dishonored on Xbox 360 and Strike Suit Zero: Director's Cut on Xbox One, Microsoft announced today.

Strike Suit Zero: Director's Cut (screenshot above) is the console version of Strike Suit Zero, the space dogfighting title from Born Ready Games that debuted on PC in January 2013. The director's cut was released in April 2014 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. It will be available free to Xbox One owners from Aug. 1-31, along with Crimson Dragon, the Xbox One launch title from Grounding and Land Ho.

The two free games on the Xbox 360 side will be split up over the course of the month, as usual. Bongfish's Motocross Madness will be available free from Aug. 1-15, while Arkane Studios' celebrated stealth action title Dishonored will go free from Aug. 16-31.

There are three days left in July, which means that Gold members still have plenty of time left to download Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition on Xbox One, and BattleBlock Theater on Xbox 360.
