If you're still having trouble with Xbox Live, you're not alone

Microsoft is currently working to solve issues with Xbox Live connectivity which appeared this week for Xbox 360 users.

A post on the company's Xbox Live status page confirms the connectivity problem remains an issue with some console owners, resulting in difficulty "accessing all game features."

"It's come to our attention that some of you are seeing a black screen when attempting to launch games and applications," reads an update from the company.

"Hang in there, Xbox members, we're on it! Thanks for your patience while we work to resolve this issue. We'll update you again as soon as we have more information."

Connectivity issues appeared early in July, affecting various services including Twitch, Netflix and PBS, across both Xbox 360, Xbox One and other devices. These problems have since been solved on Xbox One consoles.
