Digimon is like a different group, wholly separate from the Pokémon. And it'll be coming to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 with Digimon All-Star Rumble.
This trailer gives a clear idea of what should be apparent in the title - it's an ensemble-cast fighting game in the style of Smash Bros., taking place in a 3D environment with characters that evolve — sorry, digivolve — during combat to become more powerful.
Digimon All-Star Rumble is slated for a Nov. 11 release. No word if that's disc only or if there will be a digi-tal download.
