Dunk with Darth Vader in NBA 2K14's Star Wars mod

With less than a month before NBA 2K15 releases, modders are still squeezing every last ounce of entertainment out of NBA 2K14 on PC. Here, modder MGX delivers a Star Wars-themed team, including a Dunkin' Darth Vader.

MGX is the same guy behind the Space Jam 2K14 mod that everyone went nuts for back in February. Would you like to see Yoda drain a three pointer? Fast forward to 6:25, Chewbacca drives to the circle and kicks it back to the Jedi Master, who hits nothing but the bottom of the net. No word if that was a Force-assisted basket; the guy has used it to tow an X-Wing fighter out of a ditch, after all.

The opposing team is from I, Robot. The mod may be downloaded here, and includes teams from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mortal Kombat, the Marvel and DC universes, plus ninja- and horror-themed teams.

For those who don't have the game on PC, this video actually is a pretty entertaining game of basketball. Star Wars and iRobot go to overtime, where Star Wars pulls away to win 88-84. Luke and Chewbacca hook up on a righteous alley-oop to finish off the visitors.
