D4, the next game from the creator behind the bizarre Deadly Premonition, will be released for Xbox One on Sept. 19, Microsoft announced at Tokyo Game Show today.
The Xbox One mystery game from Hidetaka "Swery65" Suehiro will be available for $14.99 as a download. Pitched primarily as a Kinect-controlled title when it was unveiled at E3 2013, D4 can also be played with an Xbox One controller.
D4 — aka Dark Dreams Don't Die — stars protagonist David Young, whose wife was killed two years prior to the game's setting. Her killer remains at large in the mysterious adventure game in which Young can relive past moment by touching in-game objects. For more on the title, read Polygon's D4 preview from last year's TGS.
