Later this month the historically-accurate, armored warfare game World of Tanks is getting a new, temporary and fanciful mode: Rally.
Rally is exactly what it sounds like, racing fully-armed tanks against one another in a specially created racetrack. Rally Mode has players taking command of the M24 Chaffee, an American light tank nicknamed after Gen. Adna R. Chaffee, Jr., to race and shoot starting Sept. 29.
Think of it as Mario Kart, but instead of a blue shell everyone has a 75 mm gun.
