Here's the Guinness World Record for largest collection of Silent Hill stuff

Well. Someone's a big fan of Silent Hill.

That someone would be Whitney Chavis, certified by Guinness World Records as the holder of the "Largest Silent Hill Collection," comprising 342 pieces of memorabilia. It seems no statuette, no tchotchke, no swag has escaped her notice over the past 14 years.

"I got into the series way back when the first game was released in the U.S.," Chavis told Konami Europe's blog. "My interest was piqued when I read a short preview of the game accompanied by a screenshot of Harry standing over dead dog in a bloodied alley in one of my brother's random game magazines.

"After beating the game once I had so many questions left over that I knew replaying and getting all the endings was a must," she added.

In case you're wondering what the collection looks like, Chavis has supplied this 12-minute video. She also maintains the "Silent Hill Historical Society" website. For a more detailed look at the collection, Chavis maintains this page documenting it.
