A trailer for Friend & Foe's upcoming open-world game, Vane, takes players through a dusty desert in gameplay footage shown during Tokyo Game Show 2014.
Vane follows a child with "an odd ability" in an unfamiliar land. The game will focus on mystery and exploration and is being developed for PC and "every other platform we can get our hands on," according to the video's description. Watch the trailer above for a brief look at its atmospheric world.
Friend & Foe is a Tokyo-based studio whose collective design experiences include The Last Guardian, Battlefield 3, the Killzone franchise and more. In June, the studio announced that it was working on Vane and action arcade game Dangerous Men in parallel.
