YouTube user Il Gunner Games has just posted a live-action fan film based on P.T. It's every bit as horrifying as the game, down to the eerie domestic setting, sound effects and absolutely-earned jump scares.
The director is wise enough to change the specifics, most likely due to real-life constraints, but keeps every element that makes P.T. so scary: the creaking house, the horrifying slam of a door, the subtle sense that something is just not right. That sense builds and builds until, like in P.T. itself, the really freaky stuff starts to happen. It's in "first person," and the edits are cleverly hidden. There are even "glitch" effects and samples of that spooky writing on the screen.
