The end is near for 'Battlestar Galactica' on Netflix

From Oct. 1, Battlestar Galactica will no longer be available on Netflix.

Our sister-site The Verge has helpfully calculated that if you begin binge-watching the show on Sunday afternoon, this weekend, without stopping to sleep or anything, you can get through the entire four seasons (75 episodes) before the lights go out.

Based on a 1978 sci-fi series of the same name, Battlestar Galactica ran from 2004 to 2009. It follows a human colony seeking escape from highly developed evil robots.

It's also completely great. You should watch it. Non-stop, if necessary.
