Minecraft: Xbox One Edition coming to stores Nov. 18

Retail copies of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition will be available Nov. 18 for $19.99, according to Xbox Wire.

A digital edition of the game launched Sept. 5, a day after the game became available for PlayStation 4. Players can transfer their work from Xbox 360 and "most of their downloadable content" to the Xbox One version. For those that already own Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, a digital upgrade is available for $4.99.

Microsoft recently purchased Minecraft creator Mojang for $2.5 billion. The deal is expected to close in late 2014, while the studio's founders — including Markus "Notch" Persson — will all leave the company.
