Scare the crap out of yourself on consoles with Slender: The Arrival

Slender: The Arrival, which launched two years ago on PC, is finally coming to consoles when it launches Sept. 23 on PlayStation 3 and Sept. 24 on Xbox 360.

Developer Blue Isle Studios says it will add more levels, new characters and "more stories to uncover," to the console editions, which will cost $10 in the PlayStation Store or Xbox Live Marketplace.

"Over the past two years we've gotten literally thousands of messages from Playstation fans asking us to bring the game to PS3," Blue Isle founder and creative director Alex Tintor wrote on the PlayStation Blog.

"We knew it would be a lot of hard work, but we totally agreed. The ultimate Slender Man experience had to be from the comfort of your living room on a big screen TV."
