Frozen Synapse Prime, the PlayStation Vita version of the turn-based strategy game Frozen Synapse by Mode 7, will be available on Sept. 23, developer Double Eleven announced on the PlayStation blog.
In development for nearly two years, Frozen Synapse Prime's asynchronous gameplay allows players to take on multiple matches simultaneously. A singleplayer campaign provides a backstory to the battles, tasking the player with preventing an evil corporation from taking over the city where the game is set. Double Eleven also will release the game's soundtrack, both on its own as well as in a bundle with the game itself. It too will be available on Sept. 23.
