iPhone 6 games coming from EA, Disney, CD Projekt Red and more

Game publishers producing titles for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus include Electronic Arts, Disney Interactive and CD Projekt Red, announced Apple's Phil Schiller during the phones' unveiling today in Cupertino, California.

Schiller (below right) discussed Metal, the technology in iOS 8 designed to give game developers deeper access to the hardware in iOS devices, as a slide behind him brought up nearly two dozen game developers and publishers. As you can see in the image below, iPhone 6 games are on the way from massive publishers such as Ubisoft and Square Enix as well as smaller teams such as Proletariat (World Zombination) and EA subsidiary Firemonkeys (Real Racing 3).

Super Evil Megacorp is another studio developing for iPhone 6. Schiller introduced members of the Super Evil Megacorp team, who demoed a mobile MOBA called Vainglory.

Apple revealed the long-rumored iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus today. The iPhone 6 features a 4.7-inch screen at 1334 x 750 pixels, while the iPhone 6 Plus boasts a 5.5-inch 1080p display.
