See Destiny's new emotes in action — including 'The Carlton'

Destiny is getting a whole bunch of new emotes tomorrow — 18, in fact.

Bungie has been sending out different packs of emotes to YouTubers to test out, according to Arekkz Gaming.

You can get a preview of the game's other new emotes, thanks to videos from users Mesa SeanDattoEasyNow and Planet Destiny. These run the gamut from "Fist Bump" to our personal favorite, "The Carlton," and can be seen below.

Last week, Bungie revealed that it would introduce microtransactions into the game in the form of additional emotes for players to purchase. The previously removed vendor Tess Everis will return to sell them starting tomorrow.

Purchasing these new emotes is completely optional, the developer maintains. As a way to get fans interested, though, it will be providing Silver, the new in-game currency, so that you can sample some of the new items.

Pricing has still not been announced for the emotes, but in its initial announcement, the developer promised more information would come on launch day, Oct. 13.

Destiny's latest expansion, The Taken King, came out in September, and we found that it improved on the basic version of the game in our review.
