PlayStation Store adds wishlist function

On the web, anyway.

The PlayStation Store has a new feature, which Sony has released without fanfare: A wishlist is now yours to fill up with upcoming titles you're interested in.

The wishlist offers two privacy settings: Friends and No One. However, it's not yet clear how to share your wishlist with friends or access those of other PlayStation Network users. Currently, the wishlist's primary function is allowing you to add games to it.

PlayStation owners must use the browser version of the Store to create their lists thus far, with the console version not yet offering the feature. We've reached out to a representative from Sony for comment regarding if and when to expect the feature to come to the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita versions of the shop.
