Grab an Xbox One bundle with a free controller, get Halo 5 for $10

This is a really, really good deal.

If you're in the market for an Xbox One, Walmart has an attractive deal available. The retailer is offering you a choice of an Xbox One bundle, like the black or white 500 GB Gears of War special edition set and the 1 TB Halo 5: Guardians limited edition console, and throwing in a free wireless controller.

You can pick up a game for free, too — choices include Madden NFL 16 and the Legendary Edition of Destiny: The Taken King — or you can spend an extra $10 to grab Halo 5: Guardians.

Unlike Amazon's Xbox One deal, which offers four free games with the $349.99 console, you can pick up the brand new Halo game at a discount. Amazon explicitly excludes Halo 5 from your free title choices.

If you purchase the 500 GB console and choose one of the giveaway games, the whole set will cost you $349. Choose Halo 5, and the price gets bumped up to $359. With the games and the controller typically setting you back $60 a piece, Walmart estimates that you'll save nearly $90 on the customized bundle.

If you choose the 1 TB system, or a bundle with a Kinect, it will cost you an additional $150, bringing your total to $499. You can check out all of your options on Walmart's website.
