Samantha Kalman has had a busy year. Between completing work on her puzzle-game-slash-music-generation-tool Sentris, launching a Patreon to support her future endeavors in virtual reality and winning this year's PAX Prime Royal Rumble, Samantha has been all over the place in 2015, with no signs of slowing down.
Recently, Samantha stopped by Polygon's offices (on her birthday!) to try her hand at making a Super Mario Maker level, using an approach that has more in common with pointillism than traditional level design. The resulting stage is unlike anything we've ever seen in this series — a long, arduous trek across two course lengths that never play the same way twice.
If you'd like to try her stage, "Much Paths, Many Danger," the Course ID is 507F-0000-00C7-ECA7. For more from Samantha, you can follow her on Twitter at @SamanthaZero.
Got a game developer you'd like to see try their hand at Mario Maker? Let us know in the comments and they may appear in a future episode!
