Hearts of Stone, the first of two planned expansions for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, arrives next week on Oct. 13. For a look at what's coming in that add-on, CD Projekt Red offers the above launch trailer, which teases new adventures for Geralt of Rivia.
In Hearts of Stone, players will hunt the immortal bandit Olgierd von Everec. They'll also have the option to recruit a team of burglars and spend a night "partying with a ghost," according to the developer. The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone promises more than 10 hours of new adventure, new characters and a new choose-your-own-adventure storyline. The expansion costs $9.99 as a stand-alone add-on and is included as part of The Witcher 3's $24.99 season pass.
