Nintendo is re-releasing The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, which hit the Nintendo GameCube and Wii in 2006, for Wii U next year, Nintendo confirmed during its Nintendo Direct presentation today.
Co-developed with Australian game developer Tantalus, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD will also get its own amiibo. A Wolf Link amiibo will be released alongside the game as part of a bundle featuring the Wii U game. Data from the Wolf Link amiibo will carry over to Nintendo's other Zelda game coming to Wii U, which is also planned to hit sometime in 2016.
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is coming to Wii U on March 4, 2016.
