Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam hits Nintendo 3DS Jan. 22

Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam, the latest entry in the Mario & Luigi series, launches for Nintendo 3DS Jan. 22, 2016, Nintendo announced today during a Nintendo Direct presentation.

The game will be compatible with Mario-themed amiibo such as Mario, Peach and more; these amiibo will help unlock in-game cards for battle.

Paper Jam combines Mario, Luigi and Paper Mario into one adventure. The handheld title draws elements from both the role-playing game series and its papercraft counterpart; players control all three characters simultaneously.
