Fez gets $100 physical edition, vinyl soundtrack release

Polytron's puzzle-platformer Fez is getting a limited edition re-release in December in the form of a $100 hardcover notebook that includes the PC game and a digital copy of its soundtrack. That soundtrack is also now available as a stylish double LP from the developer's online store.

The Fez limited edition is limited to 500 signed and numbered copies. The book is bound in red canvas with gold foil debossed details. Included is a DRM-free copy of the game for Mac and Windows PC and a digital copy of Disasterpiece's 26-song soundtrack. The package is expected to ship Dec. 18, though Polytron warns that the Fez limited edition is unlikely to arrive by Christmas Day.

The vinyl release of the Fez soundtrack is available now for $30. It's pressed on translucent orange vinyl and comes in a gatefold sleeve with artwork from creator Phil Fish. The double LP also included a download of the album.

Here's a look at both releases.
