Origin, Electronic Arts' digital game distribution service, has a treat for RPG fans. The Windows PC special edition of Jade Empire, BioWare's martial arts adventure game, is now available as a free download.
The game, which first launched back in 2005 on Xbox before heading to PC and Xbox 360, will be available to members of the service for an unspecified "limited time." Downloading it requires having an Origin account, which anyone can set up at no cost.
Jade Empire is the latest title to be added to Origin's On the House program, which gives away games to players. Games like Dragon Age: Origins and Dead Space were previously offered through the promotion.
