Hidetaka Suehiro is best known as the game designer behind such wacky classics as Deadly Premonition and D4. But Swery (as he's called by fans) is also a connoisseur of all the finest gaming and drinking establishments in Osaka, Japan.
The video above comes courtesy of YouTube channel Toco Toco TV, which describes itself as "the show where we go see things with people." The person, in this case, is Swery, who wants to show off his favorite spots in his home city of Osaka.
The tour includes a walk down a huge shopping street, a smoky arcade featuring some of Swery's earliest games and several small, charming bars. More importantly, it includes a lot of Swery's friendly, jovial personality.
You can read more about Swery in our profile from 2013. Earlier this year, he announced that his episodic game D4 would be coming to PC, and a second season is planned. Sadly, last month he also revealed in a blog post that he would be taking some time off from development to recover from illness.
