The Stanley Parable designer's new game lasts 20 minutes, is out now for free

Co-stars Rick and Morty's Justin Roiland

Crows Crows Crows, the new studio from The Stanley Parable co-designer William Pugh, released its first game today. First teased with a mysterious playable puzzle on its website, the launch trailer above reveals that Dr. Langeskov, The Tiger And The Terribly Cursed Emerald: A Whirlwind Heist is now available as a free download on Steam.

British comic Simon Amstell stars in the first-person "experimental heist" game, alongside Rick and Morty creator Justin Roiland, whom Pugh is collaborating with on a VR gameMuch like The Stanley Parable, you'll explore through the self-aware mystery's world while a distinctly comic narrator guides you.

According to its developer, the game will only take you 20 minutes to finish it, which might explain the price.

Davey Wreden, who worked with Pugh on The Stanley Parable, released his latest project back in October. The similarly unconventional The Beginner's Guide is out now on Mac and Windows PC. Check out gameplay footage below.
