Before fans settle in to watch Star Wars: The Force Awakens next week, they'll be able to catch a first glimpse of another galactic universe.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount has secured a spot to debut the first teaser for its third installment of the Star Trek franchise, Beyond.
This is the first Star Trek project that J.J. Abrams isn't directing. He will, however, remain on board as a producer for the film, which shouldn't be too surprising considering his production company, Bad Robot, is developing it.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens on Dec. 17, while Star Trek Beyond is slated to hit theaters July 22, 2016.
