Nintendo's marketing partnership with Mercedes-Benz is expanding today with the debut of "Mercedes-Benz Jump'n'Drive," a Super Mario Maker level from the German automaker, the companies announced today.
The course includes a costume featuring Mario in a Mercedes-Benz GLA, the SUV that debuted in 2014. Once players complete the level, they will unlock the car as a Mystery Mushroom costume.
Mercedes-Benz previously worked with Nintendo on Mario Kart 8. A free DLC pack added three cars to the game, including the GLA, in August 2014.
"Jump'n'Drive" is an original Super Mario Maker level created by "Mario fans at Mercedes-Benz who were inspired by the GLA's appearance in Mario Kart 8," according to a press release from Nintendo. The course takes players through a Mercedes-Benz dealership, a city and eventually the autobahn. It will be available later today in the Event Courses section of Super Mario Maker for free.
