Wargaming's free-to-play release World of Tanks will launch on Xbox One later this year, the company announced in a new trailer today (via IGN).
The game will share a battle server across both Xbox One and Xbox 360, which will allow for cross-platform play. World of Tanks will also receive updates across both systems at the same time.
User accounts can be shared between both of these versions, which means those who already have the game on Xbox 360 will be able to pick up where they left off when they log into the free-to-play game on Xbox One.
The Xbox 360 version of World of Tanks has done well in the past year, with 5.4 million downloads, more than 34 million battles and more than 52 million hours played.
