Life is Strange releases its second chapter on March 24

The second chapter of Dontnod's episodic drama Life is Strange will launch on March 24, the studio announced on its official Twitter account following an on-stage talk at this year's Rezzed convention in the U.K.

This is a slight delay from its originally planned March 13 release date. No explanation was given for the nearly-two week wait; however, the studio confirms its second episode will launch simultaneously on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

The story of Life is Strange focuses on a teenage girl named Max Caulfield who lives in the fictional Pacific Northwest town of Arcadia Bay, Oregon. In an effort to reconnect with her estranged best friend, Chloe Price, Max helps Chloe look for a missing friend of hers named Rachel Amber. Max soon discovers that she can rewind time, which turns out to be the driving narrative force in this coming-of-age tale. Even with very few limits on how far back in time Max can go, the player's choices matter, said Dontnod in an interview with Polygon during New York Comic Con.

Episode One of Life is Strange received an 8 out of 10 from Polygon when it launched.
