Final Fantasy 15's summons are going to be ridiculous (update)

Final Fantasy 15's demo, Episode Duscae, offers a peek at at least one of the series' over-the-top summons — those moments when players can call in some massive beast or god to lay waste to an enemy with a single devastating hit. Longtime summon staple Ramuh will return in Final Fantasy 15, but this time he's bigger than ever before. Yes, probably even bigger than you're thinking.

In a gameplay video from Final Fantasy 15Episode Duscae, Alex "Arekkz" Noon shows off what Ramuh's familiar judgment bolt is capable of. Ramuh's been around about 25 years now and appeared in more than a dozen Final Fantasy games, but the old man and his staff have never been quite this impressive.

Final Fantasy 15Episode Duscae is included as part of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, which officially hits PlayStation 4 and Xbox One tomorrow, March 17. For more, check out Polygon's review of Type-0 HD.

Update: The original version of Arekkz's video was taken down from YouTube by Square Enix, so we've replaced the above clip with our own footage.
