The morning after the events of Batman: Arkham City, Batman may be recovering from grievous wounds, but Bruce Wayne still has to make the big business rounds. ...Until the Joker's body goes missing. And that's just the start of the Batman: Arkham Knight tie-in comic, from the talents of writer Peter J. Tomasi (Nightwing, Batman and Robin) and artist Viktor Bogdanovic (Reality Check).

Arkham Knight the game may not be out until June 2, but you can whet your appetite for punching mooks with DC's all-digital prequel series. Two issues are already available on the digital comics outlet of your choice (might I suggest Comixology?) and #3 is coming out tomorrow. We're excited to have an exclusive preview of four pages of that issue for you, courtesy of DC Comics.

Here's the solicit text (comic-world speak for "plot synopsis"):

As the Joker's final gag at Arkham Asylum unfolds, one of the Batman's most dangerous enemies plots his return to Gotham City and the Arkham Knight makes an unusual discovery...

Additional credits on the issue include Art Thibert on inks, John Rauch doing color, and Travis Lanham as letterer and Alex Antone's editing. Cover by Dan Panosian.
