The Fast and the Furious as a retro game? Yeah, we'd play that

The Fast and Furious movies are already goofy, fun excursions in their own right, but a retro, arcade-style version of The Fast and the Furious opens up a whole new realm of possibilities.

CineFix, whose portfolio includes 8-Bit Cinema versions of Blade Runner, Happy Gilmore, Fight Club and more, reimagined the first film as an '80s era game, complete with drag racing, street fighting and a pixelated Vin Diesel. It's a great way to celebrate the movie that started it all, especially with Furious 7's release happening this week.

Although you can't actually play the game, you can watch it above. Mild spoilers if you haven't seen The Fast and the Furious, but I mean. C'mon. You've seen it, haven't you?

The next level of puzzles.
