Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains coming to 3DS in the West this May

Atlus is bringing Spike Chunsoft's Nintendo 3DS game based on the Attack on Titan anime to North America and Europe this May, the publisher announced during today's Nintendo Direct presentation.

Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains is the English title of the game, according to a trailer shown during the Nintendo Direct, which you can see above.

Humanity in Chains is the latest version of Spike Chunsoft's series of Attack on Titan games, which debuted in Japan in late 2013. The game allows players to step into the shoes of characters from the anime and take down titans in local or online co-op. Humanity in Chains supports the c-stick in the New Nintendo 3DS XL for camera control. It will offer the original Japanese audio and English subtitles.

Atlus will release Humanity in Chains in the Nintendo 3DS eShop this May. You can prepare for the launch by watching the first two episodes of the anime, which are available now on the eShop for free.
