Capcom's Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate has "shipped one million units in combined retail and digital units" since its release in Europe and North American in February, the developer announced today.
To celebrate, Capcom will release a free Nintendo 3DS theme in May "as a token of appreciation for all the fan support." The company also said that Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is the fastest-selling and highest-rated entry in the series, which has sold more than 32 million units worldwide.
