Scene by scene: The best moments of the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer

The new trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens set the internet on fire this afternoon, but now that things have calmed down, let's take a step back and dig into the trailer scene by scene. This is what we think is going on, with a few neat little details you may have missed.

The ruins of a great battle, an X-Wing in the foreground, and a Star Destroyer in the background
Just melted plastic, no bone or skin. Luke talks about his father in the present tense as well. Weird.
This is likely Luke Skywalker, with a nice upgrade on the robotic hand
Dear god, don't point that at the person you're handing it to! Also, if you look closely, the person handing it off doesn't look human.
Poe Dameron, the "best frickin' pilot in the galaxy."
We believe this is Kylo Ren, the new Sith heavy in The Force Awakens
Black TIE Fighters? Also notice we're about to see a Stormtrooper in black armor.
We know Boyega is playing a Stormtrooper, although it's strongly hinted that he's not one of the "bad guys." Also, Boyega's helmet has what looks like a bloody handprint.
A heavily armored, and armed, new Stormtrooper, and a new design for the Star Destroyer.
BB-8 is a "practical" effect — he rolled and "performed" live at the Celebration press conference.
Boyega's Stormtrooper spends a lot of time looking scared and lost. Does Rey even know he's an imperial in this scene?
An epic shot, possibly inside the derelict Star Destroyer from the opening of the trailer.
The Falcon looks a bit beaten up in this shot. Is it possible they've just rediscovered it?
