Warface adds frigid Domination and Marathon Survival modes

Warface, Crytek's free-to-play online shooter, added two new modes this week, according to the developer.

In Domination, players vie to hold three positions on the maps to earn points. It will debut on the game's SubZero Versus map, which is set in Siberia.

Warface's Marathon Survival Mode takes place over three Siberian maps and tasks players with outlasting others in the Operation Cold Peak co-op campaign, stitched together as a single, continuous level. In various stages, players will have to battle waves of enemies, a boss battle and engage in deadly trench warfare.

Warface was originally available on Xbox 360 and Windows PC, though Crytek ended the 360 version in February. You can see each of the new modes in the gallery above and watch us play Warface below. If you want to get in on the action, you can sign up for a free account at the game's official site.
