It's rare to hear an actor speak candidly about a film they dislike, but Arnold Schwarzenegger didn't hold back when asked about the Terminator franchise in a recent interview. He refused to call the second Terminator the best one, and stated that the three Terminator films he has appeared in all had their own "personalities."
The interviewer then brings up the fact Schwarzenegger didn't appear in the fourth one.
"Thank God," Schwarzenegger replies. "It sucked."
You can skip to 1:40 if you'd like to see the interesting bit.
The rest of the interview is just as fun, with Schwarzenegger making fun of the interviewer for bringing up his age and the rest of the cast also having a good laugh about the low quality of Terminator: Salvation. We also learn that it took Schwarzenegger only two months to get into shape for the film. Dude kind of knows what he's doing by now, though.
Genisys may or may not be good, but I think we're all on the same page with Salvation.
Terminator: Genisys will be released July 1.
