Catwoman, Nightwing team up thanks to Batman: Arkham Knight's character-switching

The latest trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight shows off the Dark Knight's allies Catwoman — who was teased over the weekend — Nightwing and Robin, all of whom are playable thanks to an on-the-fly-switching feature the game will introduce.

Developer Rocksteady is calling it "Dual Play," and though this trailer is assembled entirely from cutscenes or scripted events, the cinematics suggest that solo players can use it to pull off tag-team maneuvers. Dual Play appears to be similar to the character-switching seen in Grand Theft Auto 5.

Batman: Arkham Knight launches June 23 for PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.
