The delightful Shinya Arino, star of Retro Game Master (GameCenter CX in Japan) and master at persistence and failure in hard video games, had a chance to turn the tables on Nintendo's Shigeru Miyamoto over the weekend.
Miyamoto appeared during a live show of Retro Game Master to try and beat one of Arino's creations in Mario Maker. The show was taped for the Super Mario 30th Anniversary at NicoNico Chokaigi 2015, the massive annual fan event for live streaming service NicoNico.
