WWE 2K15 arrives on PC for $49.99, including all the DLC except one character

The Windows PC version of WWE 2K15 is now available on Steam for $49.99, publisher 2K Sports announced today.

WWE 2K15 is the first game in the 15-year history of the wrestling franchise to be released on PC. 2K Sports originally launched WWE 2K15 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in late October, and on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in mid-November.

The PC port is the same game as the PS4/Xbox One versions, which means that it, too, is short on content that had been available in previous iterations of the franchise. WWE 2K15's creation suite, in particular, is greatly scaled back from earlier WWE 2K games — for example, you can't create a woman wrestler.

However, WWE 2K15 on PC comes with almost all the downloadable content that has been released for the game to date, which totals more than $50 worth of add-ons. Some of the DLC is available today along with a purchase of the PC version: two different versions of Sting and two of Hulk Hogan. The rest — which includes in-game unlocks, new wrestlers, new moves and three 2K Showcase storylines — will be released later this spring at no additional cost. You can see the full list in this blog post from 2K Sports.

But Paige, who was offered exclusively as part of the WWE 2K15 season pass on consoles, will not be available at all on PC, said Marcus Stephenson of the WWE Games team on Twitter. As for the possibility of adding Paige to the PC version later, Stephenson said, "I can't speak on future support at this time because I don't know."
