Disney Infinity 3.0 Star Wars set apparently leaked by German retailer

An online retailer appears to have outed the next version of Disney Infinity, which will add Star Wars characters to Disney's toys-to-life game. German retailer Saturn posted a listing for Disney Infinity 3.0's starter set, which includes Star Wars' Anakin Skywalker and Clone Wars' Ahsoka.

The starter pack for Disney Infinity 3.0 is listed for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, with prices ranging from €59.99 to €69.99. Saturn lists an August release date for the Star Wars Disney Infinity set.

In addition to Anakin and Ahsoka, the starter pack's art shows renders of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Darth Maul, Yoda, Darth Vader, R2-D2, C-3PO and Princess Leia riding a tauntaun. Vehicles, like Anakin's pod racer and a Naboo star fighter, are also shown on the box.

A new batch of characters for Disney Infinity was outed earlier this month, revealing that characters like Mickey Mouse, Mulan, Frozen's Olaf and others were being added to the game with version 3.0.

Disney Infinity launched in 2013, bringing together characters from Disney and Pixar's live-action and animated properties. The following year, Disney Infinity 2.0 added Marvel's superheroes and villains to the game. Disney Interactive said from Disney Infinity's inception that they'd considered adding Marvel and Star Wars characters to the game. Sources have told Polygon that Star Wars toys for Disney Infinity have been in the works since version 2.0.
