Dragon Age: Inquisition owners will get a new multiplayer-focused expansion, Dragonslayer, on May 5 at no additional cost, BioWare announced today. Dragonslayer will introduce high dragon battles on a new map and three new characters, including one that originally seemed like an April Fools' Day joke.
Dragonslayer adds a new Ferelden castle where, after crafting the Dragon's Call, players can battle high dragons. They'll be able to play as a handful of new characters, the Avvar warrior from Fallow Mire called Skywatcher; Isabela, from Dragon Age 2; and Zither the Virtuoso, a musician who BioWare introduced on April 1, leading many fans to assume he was just a joke.
Here's a closer look at Zither.
Dragon Age: Inquisition — Dragonslayer will be released Tuesday, May 5, on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One at no additional cost. BioWare plans to show the new expansion off during a livestream on Twitch the same day.
