Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition, the higher-definition expanded reissue of Devil May Cry 4, will be released June 23 in North America and Europe, publisher Capcom announced today.

The game will be available for $24.99 in North America, £19.99 in the U.K. and €24.99 in Europe on PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One. Capcom released a gameplay trailer today to show off the remastered title in 1080p at 60 frames per second; you can watch the video above.

Devil May Cry 4 debuted in February 2008 on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and in July 2008 on PC. The Special Edition builds on the original game with three additional playable characters — Vergil, Trish and Lady — as well as new difficulty modes, costumes and more. Gameplay footage for all five characters is featured in today's trailer.
