Golden Axe, Phantasy Star, Jet Set Radio and other Sega classics get gorgeous new prints

Sega is teaming up with art dealer Cook & Becker to provide a series of limited edition prints based on classic games like Golden Axe, Streets of Rage, Phantasy Star and more. Five prints, all featuring new, original artwork based on some of Sega's most beloved games, are available from the printmaker now.

The hand-numbered, limited-edition prints, which start at $99 unframed, measure 24 inches by 36 inches. Cook & Becker says each print is limited to 200 copies.

Included in the first batch of Sega-authorized prints are Jet Set Radio by Roman van der Haven, Golden Axe by Gerald Parel, Streets of Rage by Julien Renoult, Shinobi by Emmanuel Malin and Phantasy Star by Kilian Eng. You can see their artwork below.

Cook & Becker, which has previously released prints based on Street Fighter, Mass Effect, The Last of Us, Okami, Journey and others, says its collaboration with Sega will continue. Another series of prints based on Sega games this summer.
