LittleBigPlanet 3 adds Thomas Was Alone, Octodad costumes and more

Sumo Digital's puzzle platformer LittleBigPlanet 3 is adding indie-specific content to the game this month. Players will be able to pick up mini-packs and costume packs featuring characters from Don't Starve, Octodad: Dadliest Catch, Thomas Was Alone and Velocity 2X, community coordinator Steven Isbell announced today on the PlayStation Blog.

The Octodad costume and Velocity 2X Lt. Kai Tana costume costume are available today. On May 19, players can pick up the Thomas Was Alone minipack, while May 26 marks the arrival of the Don't Starve costume pack.

"LittleBigPlanet is the home of creativity, and we have always admired anyone that is able to pour their heart and soul into creating something of their very own," Isbell wrote. "This couldn't be truer of our own community and the vast range of indie developers that have released titles for PlayStation ... "
