The road to the Nintendo World Championships 2015 will begin with qualifiers on May 30 at eight Best Buy stores across the U.S., Nintendo announced today.

Qualifiers will run from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time. You'll want to get to the store early — a Best Buy representative told Polygon that registration begins at 9 a.m., and the field of entrants is capped at 750 players per store on a first-come, first-served basis. Here's the list of locations, in order from east to west:

Players will be competing in the Championship mode of Ultimate NES Remix on Nintendo 3DS, vying for high scores in challenges in Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3 and Dr. Mario.

The winner of each of the eight qualifiers will move on to the final event, which will take place June 14 at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles. There, they'll be joined by another eight competitors selected by Nintendo. The finals will take place over multiple rounds with "a variety of Nintendo games," according to Nintendo.

If you're looking to practice, Ultimate NES Remix is available for $29.99 on the Nintendo eShop.
