Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of 2K Games, hinted to investors last week it had a completely new game to announce and this teaser, for something titled "Advent," appears to be it.
2K Games' Twitter put out the teaser yesterday with a Vine and a link to this website, which appears to tout the backstory of this game. No platforms are mentioned.

It involves a dystopic future in which people are promised some kind of a healthy, stable and comfortable — if entirely uniform — existence. But the site glitches and appears to be hacked in-character, so you know something falls well short of that goal.
In the call to investors last week, Take-Two pointed to "a soon-to-be announced new triple-A title from 2K." We will likely know more at E3 in three weeks.
