Splatoon is really good. And while Nintendo has pushed the game as primarily focused on multiplayer, it also has a very fun single-player mode.
Even if you don't plan on purchasing Splatoon for yourself or aren't interested in the single-player mode, you should absolutely see how it culminates. The final boss of the game is a lengthy, challenging fight that really pulls together every element of the gameplay up to that point.
