Sega of America won't have a booth at this year's E3, and will instead focus on its restructuring and relocation to Southern California, the company said today.

In a statement to Game Informer, Sega of America said it plans to promote some of its bigger titles later in the year, after its relocation from San Francisco is complete. Earlier this year, Sega announced it was moving its U.S. headquarters to Southern California and cutting jobs.

Sega of America will still have some sort of presence at the annual game expo, saying it will be "collaborating with our various business partners for this year's E3 show." Sega subsidiary Atlus will also attend E3 2015.

At last year's E3, Sega showed off Alien: Isolation, Sonic Boom and Hatsune Miku: Project Dive F 2nd. Sega's upcoming slate includes titles Dengeki Bunko: Fighting ClimaxTotal War: Warhammer and Tembo the Badass Elephant.
