While Activision Blizzard still isn't releasing active player numbers for Destiny, the number of registered players for the Bungie-created game continues to climb.
As of March 31, Destiny had more than 20 million registered players, with active players playing "about three hours a day," according to the company's latest financial report released today. Compare that to Jan. 5, when Activision announced that the game had more than 16 million registered players and active players playing "more than three hours a day."
Bungie continues to support the online first-person shooter with new modes and strikes. Earlier today, Bungie detailed the Prison of Elders' mode and The Shadow Thief strike.
